My commitment

Social media strategy and account management

Curation of content from available original media and social channels.

Interactions with customers and followers to build relationships.

Research of the industry, strategy, mentions of the company and review monitoring

Monthly reports including platform-provided insights.
Client Involvement

Payment will be made on the first day of each month via check or Zelle payment.

A 3 days grace period will be permitted.

If the payment is not received by the 3rd day, all work will cease until the full payment is resumed.

Full payment is required as per the agreed terms. Should payment be delayed, the contractor is not obligated to perform any services or tasks that would’ve been completed during the period of nonpayment.

Any content you wish for me to include in my posts must be sent by the 20th of each month to be included in the following month’s posts.
Term
This is a 3-month agreement, that executes the above outlined managed service areas. Both the client and J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions may reserve the right to terminate services with a minimum of 1 weeks notice via email.
Meta
The Meta platform is used free of charge. The client, nor J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions owns Meta. On occasion accounts can get shut down from Meta. J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions’ commitment to you is to abide by Meta’s rules and guidelines to the best of her ability. However J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions cannot be held responsible if an account should get shut down.
Approval of works
Approval of content prior to posting is not required, but is offered to the client. Both the client and J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions agree not to misuse copyrighted material. If the client is not happy with a post, J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions will remove it from the platform.
Content Ownership
Any content created by J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions will be the property of J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions, unless an agreed upon fee is paid by the client.
No guarantee of results
Both the client and J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions understand that although J. Bolin Creative Business Solutions will give her best effort and dedication, there is no guarantee of results. No refunds will be issued.
