Pineapple Pork

5-6lbs pork loin
1c soy sauce
2 cans crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
1.5 c brown sugar
1 hr in the instant pot, release, remove meat and set to sauté.
Shred meat while sauce boils down and add the meat back. Boil until there’s maybe 1-2 cups of liquid, or to your preference. I like to serve with white rice and veggies.
