My name is Jayanna Bolin, but everybody calls me Jay. I'm a SAHM and Social Media Manager. I'm quite an over-sharer, but I really see value in openness and human connection.

I grew up in a tiny Ohio town and moved to Arizona when I was 12 years old. I have been here ever since, and met my husband while I was a senior in high school. My husband is an HVAC tech with his family company. We have been together almost 10 years, married for 6. Our first child Peter was born in March of 2022, and our second in February of 2024. I truly enjoy learning from the many mamas in my village!

From a young age I've been in counseling regarding anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. I've employed many methods to combat anxiety, and wish to help others do the same.
